One stay at home mother’s guide to navigating the world of WAH (a.k.a. work at home) opportunities with over 15 years experience and still learning.
Welcome to Why I WAH
When I was thinking of an appropriate name for my blog, I decided on Why I WAH for the simple reason that I'm not only trying to be successful at working from home, but I want to help others do the same. It is not always easy to work from home no matter what anyone says. You have to have the drive and dedication to getting the job finished. Many times you will not have a boss breathing down your neck to finish an assignment. So, you also have to think about why you want to WAH, as well, and hold that close to give you the perseverance to work at it.

I'll Be Back!
With only 19 more days until my newest addition comes I have not been thinking about the blog. I've been working as much as I can to make sure my bills are covered while I'm in the hospital and just dealing with getting ready for a new baby. It is fun, exciting, nerve racking, and a little crazy to say the least. We still have a lot of painting, laundry and other things to do. I promise that I will be back to share new WAH opportunities as soon as things have settled down. I am hoping by the 1st week of April, but that might be pushing it. Just wanted to let everyone know that reads my blog that I'm not giving up yet. Like I've said before that's one of the great things about working from home, working at your own pace and with your own schedule! I hope that some of my previous posts have been helpful to anyone that has found me and I will be back.
